The Western Mysteries are an ancient tradition of esoteric knowledge, passed down through generations to help seekers understand the nature of reality, the self, aand the unseen forces that shape our world. Unlike mainstream religious teachings, the Western Mysteries focus on personal transformation, spiritual insight, and direct experience of the divine. One of the most important aspects of this tradition is Qabalah, a mystical system that acts as a map of both the universe and the inner self.Travelling the Tree of Life is not about simply absorbing knowledge—it’s about experience, self-discovery, and developing a deeper connection to the mysteries of existence. The more we engage with its teachings, the more we open ourselves to insight, clarity, and transformation.
The Western Mystery Qabalah
The Western Mystery Qabalah is not just a body of knowledge—it is a living system of mystical exploration.
It invites seekers to travel inward, uncover hidden truths, and align themselves with the deeper currents of existence. Whether you’re a spiritual explorer, a student of the occult, or simply curious about the symbolic architecture of the universe, Qabalah offers a rich and powerful path.
The Pathways: The Journey Between Worlds
Connecting the Sephiroth are the 22 pathways, which correspond to the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet and the Major Arcana of the Tarot. These paths represent the challenges, lessons, and transformations we experience as we grow spiritually.
The Sephiroth: The Ten Divine Aspects
The Sephiroth are the ten spheres on the Tree of Life, each representing a different aspect of existence. They range from the highest, most divine energy (Kether) to the physical world we experience every day (Malkuth).
They are arranged in three key pillars:
Pillar of Mercy – Expansion,
creativity, and divine love.
● Pillar of Severity – Discipline,
structure, and
transformation.
● Pillar of Balance – The
middle path, harmonising
both forces.
Each Sephirah offers insight into different aspects of life and consciousness, helping us to understand ourselves and our place in the universe.
Who We Are
Our primary areas for focus are The Western Mystery Tradition, Qabalah, Ceremonial Magic and Wicca,Our journey with magic began at early ages, and together, we bring many years of experience in spiritual and magical practice. After long and enriching years in Europe, we returned to the UK and are now helping and guiding others on their magical journeys. We are both teachers and healers, blending our skills for efficacy.We believe that magic is an intrinsic part of us and its relevance in contemporary life brings meaning to an increasingly complex world both spiritually and practically. This path of awareness is crucial for growth and transformation and to fulfil our potential in this incarnation.The divine nature of the cosmos can be approached in different ways and we combine the spiritual and the practical, striving to live in harmony with nature’s laws and the movement of the universe.Our spiritual path is Wiccan and through this we are able to balance the intellectual and emotional approaches to .

Who We Offer
Introductory Courses & Magical Training
Online Courses
We run a monthly online course travelling the paths of the Tree of Life. This is an online meeting and we have members who join us from all over the world.
The format of this meeting is a short introduction to the paths, their Hebrew letters, symbolism and relevance, followed by a pathworking and feedback. The sessions last typically from 1 to 1½ hours.
Face to Face
The Companions of the Hidden Light is a Qabalistic and ceremonial working group to ritually explore the pathways on the Tree of Life, with different deities and entities.
We hold rituals roughly 6 times a year.
Some ritual experience is preferable, but not essential.
The Coven of The Hidden Light
